We Believe
We believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and buried; He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from whence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen
We believe there is one true God. The eternal, all powerful, self-existent, benevolent Creator of heaven and earth and Redeemer of all mankind, Who has revealed Himself as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, existing simultaneously yet separately, all unified together in will and design, all perfect in wisdom, holiness and love.
We believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God, flawless and infallible. We adhere solely to inspired Scripture and reject any theological or social beliefs that add to, detract or divide Gods Word.
We believe that Mankind was created without sin and fell by voluntary transgression and can only be redeemed by our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe the Grace of God brings salvation to all mankind and is found through repentance toward God and faith in the life, death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe God ordained and orchestrated marriage to exist between one man and one woman as a parallel illustration of Christ and His Bride, the church. The Bible clearly determines moral family values which include roles of husbands and wives, fathers and mothers and children.
We believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit which comes to all believers for comfort, guidance, conviction, sanctification, and regeneration.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit which fills a believer either at the time of, or subsequent to regeneration, which is a separate work from the indwelling Spirit for salvation.
We believe in the two ordinances given by our Lord Jesus Christ: Baptism as being submerged in water as a public declaration of repentance and demonstration of a believers desire to be spiritually buried and resurrected with Christ Jesus and also the Lord’s Supper as a memorial of Christ’s suffering, death and prophetic second coming.
We believe sanctification is the will of God for all believers and should be sincerely sought after by daily walking in obedience to God’s word.
